The Road to Recovery...

Good News! Maverick is definitely on the road to recovery! He is eating on his own and starting to gain some weight. I could bring him home with me today, but I figure since yet another spontaneous weekend is looming in front of me, I think it's probably in his best interest to stay at the vets instead of dragging him all over in the kennel. Also, his incisions are seeping some and it's probably best he stays to rule out infection. He also doesn't need to be tearing around with the girls with stitches still in. Yeah! I'm so happy he's going to be okay! Thanks to everyone who kept their fingers crossed for me!
