When my little mare is with her men she keeps everyone away, and the three make up their own little herd -but when I take her out it's a different story. Look at what I caught her doing on the backside of the trailer this afternoon!

Did you know the egg was of a different sort of feathered fellow? What a hoot!
We raised a duck and a turkey together. The turkey used to get so upset when the duck would go swimming!
Haha-Now that is funny. But cute. Brings to mind the 'Ugly Duckling' story. ;-)
Was doing some backreading (again) and my husband and I were discussing the fires as well. What DID those people think was going to happen WHEN fire hit all of those dead trees?
